"27°F here. Damm global warming." I'll second that. 19 here, and snowing. We're not even expected to get to 27 today.

Wow, great pictures, Cardy.
Looks like most of us poor FReepers are freezing.
I'm so ready for summer. If you find a nice warm tropical
picture in your stash, feel free to share with us. :)

The snow appears to have quit and not a whole lot is sticking, so that's good. I really need to get out of this house today and get a couple of things done.

When in doubt, send it to Sharkey's.

When in doubt, send it to Sharkey's.We are finally getting some snow and I am thrilled. Perpetual March (like what you normally get for a winter) is simply awful. I do have to admit, watching you guys whine and moan about your weather has been somewhat enjoyable lately.....
As for me, I'm off to go skiing finally.
Dare I say shadenfreude?

You go ahead and amuse yourself over our temporararily frigid weather , if it makes you feel better, but in a few weeks, when the rest if us are outdoors in our shorts and tank tops enjoying the first spring flowers, we'll be thinking of you still holed up in you little tundra paradise having to dig your way out to the grocery store.

If you find a nice warm tropical picture in your stash, feel free to share with us. It is not tropical, but much better with the low humidity.
I took this last summer, but any day in summer is like this on that beach.

Playa Riazor in the center of La Coruña.

Our gran is such a daredevil - she can´t bite now but, she sure can kick.
She goes sky diving just so she can get harnessed to a young guy.

I went out to warm up the car and the doors were frozen shut. They have this solid sheet of ice around them. I finally managed to get one of the back doors open and climbed over to start the car. I hope it gets warm enough to thaw out the doors from the inside. Lord, I hate winter.

Oh yeah, that's what I'm talkin' 'bout, Cardy. I feel warmer already.
Those two sweet little old ladies to the left look kinda lost.
I hope someone helped them find their way back to the home. ;)

This was taken on the same day as the beach photograph. That girl really scared me when she climbed on the parapet. They are not into protecting people from their foolish actions here. Do what you like at your own risk.

Torre de Hèrcules
The oldest working lighthouse in the world.
