My work here is done...
Been another day from hell. Ended up having to work late, and just about 3 miles from home I hit the only patch of ice anywhere in 3 towns and lost control of the car. The tow driver brought me home. The last car payment is due in 2 days. I think it may be time to return to front wheel drive. I can't handle...or afford much more of this global warming.
Oh, Sweets, I'm so sorry. So glad you're okay! Dang, I'm so sick of snow and ice......will it never end? Stay warm and safe, Sweets, we need you here. :)
It sucks. I'm most worried right now about the damage to the car and not being able to get to the places I need to go until it's fixed and I don't know how long that will be. It doesn't look bad, but there is some significant damage to the undercarriage, I'm afraid.
Crossing my fingers that the damage isn't bad. I know, being without transportation DOES suck. I'm so thankful you're alright. Warm thoughts coming your way!

So people, who did not contribute to my DWE in Dubai, I forgive you. While you were all toasty warm around your keyboards or sloping off at work I sallied forth in the biting winds of February to bring you these photos.
I had to contend with gales, goosebumps, and gorse bushes tearing my legs. Then hanging on to bramble stalk over the edge of the cliff I took these shots. But it was for the DDers, especially the nubility, that I risked my all. Even though, I knew that should I slip off that stalk that was tearing my hand to ribbons, into the abyss… Nully would still be there to fondle the goyles, that has been his secret passion from day one. But I also knew, he, that watches over Englishmen, the deranged and little children, would bring me safe home to foil Nully´s intentions and save the pulchritude from his clammy grip.
I kid you not, I speak the truth as always.
