'cause all the kids are in the north, and so is summer by the time I get back.
Can't believe it's almost 70 up there today. Verrry strange weather this winter so far. My daughter has all the doors and windows open and is sucking it right up. ;)

"Meat"? What kind of meat? Here, it is sometimes better not to delve too deeply into what is in the oven or on the dish.
Eat and pray. I am sure Dark´s guests understand.

Darnnnnnnnnn...is that allll you do is eat? Well today is the Festival of the Three Kings, the real Christmas day for Spanish children. You can imagine that I was happy to eat anything rather than the traditional festive food.
Alvaro was the cook on this dish so I praised him and STFU, even though I thought the pineapple was potato. But then I know Americans love sweet and sour.

No. Good point.
I think Darks may get the obscure reference I'm reaching for, though...

The obscure reference is ticklin' something in the back of my mind, but the memory is on holiday at the moment.
Oddly, I have movie quotes in my head.
