You’re right! I love it! Of course, there is very little about the Grand Canyon and the surrounding areas that I don’t like.
I’m partial to red dirt, cedar trees and sage brush.

I just added a few more "red dirt" shots, along with this moonscape from the Navajo Reservation in NE Arizona. With the ghostly gibbous moon above center frame, it's one of my favorite shots.
