Remote detection satellites are used by the intelligence branch of the military to conduct mind control exercises in the theater of war. All this technology is dependent upon the higher branches of particle physics and quantum mechanics. The array of satellites safe in deep space cover the entire earth making the mind control intelligence program widely successful. Be amazed as you view this military program break out of the box. Go to the following web site that shows a real-time mind control zombie being manipulated by satellite and the military. www.MindControlUSA.com

Look at the monkey's left paw. Doesn't it look like he has fingernail polish on?

Welcome to the 21st century.

It's a whole new internet, huh?

That stuff is contagious, ain't it?

Yes, it is.

Niven was envisioning anti-gravity like a permanent magnet.

Close, but not quite. Gravitons don't appear to have a polarity per se. At least, not in any of our 4 observable dimensions. But yes, it would be a terrible lot of fun to play with.

Remember those "fun houses" with the tilted floors and chandeliers sticking up out of the "ceiling" at your feet? Now imagine something a bit more Escher-esque and for real... ;-)

I loved Ringworld.

ME too. I read it the first time at 14. I have been a huge Niven fan ever since.

I don't know if that hat has the right grade of foil to properly block the governments mind reading rays...

Yes, indeed. And at $16.95/month for DSL access, it's still the same cheaply accessed internet.

LOL. We have a giant neutered male tabby who does the same thing to a stuffed Sneech.

Actually, someone did a study on the types and lengths of "rays" that could possibly be subliminal carriers. Wrapping your head in tinfoil actually acts like a waveguide. If they do have any effect, tinfoil "deflector" beanies only make it worse...

I don't need complete coverage anymore. The Guvrays nuked most of my brain cells before I caught on.

Ah, then you're probably on their "don't waste our time" list.

Isn't it just like the government to engage in a secret reverse psychology propaganda scheme to trick civilians into wearing foil hats...

Thank god the ray blocker on the castle works so well.

Inverse Square Law also helps. Their satellites are orbiting Earth.

Actually, a lot of our radiation protection comes from the dirt and rock under the castle. Dirt makes an excellent blocker. During solar storms, or when the detectors start going "ping", it's just a matter of pointing the castles butt at where ever it's coming from. We can even "soak" a certain amount and "harvest" it for isotopes.

That, and we really don't have a government out here. We've got folk who like tending plants, most of us tinker with stuff, Bob's got a good idea of where we are headed, and if you want a sandwich you know where the kitchen is at.

We do barter. Or, we can if anyone else ever has anything to trade for. Gadgets for scotch. Wine squishing for exercise. Ect...
