It’s 38 degrees. When I got up this morning, it was 40. Thirty minutes later it was 39. An hour ago, it dropped to 38. The wind has been blowing at 19-24 mph all day, setting the wind chill at a balmy 27-32. Overcast.
I HATE THE COLD!!!
