Remote detection satellites are used by the intelligence branch of the military to conduct mind control exercises in the theater of war. All this technology is dependent upon the higher branches of particle physics and quantum mechanics. The array of satellites safe in deep space cover the entire earth making the mind control intelligence program widely successful. Be amazed as you view this military program break out of the box. Go to the following web site that shows a real-time mind control zombie being manipulated by satellite and the military. www.MindControlUSA.com

Yah. I've actually been up a while. LoM revealed she had a commitment all day, so I was suddenly on my own. Drove over to the former Carnation Farms (as of onetime milk fame) and took some pictures, to try out a new processing technique.
SeaHawgs game starts in an hour; think I'll go get my year's fill of football.

I wanted to watch “Cars,” but the remote defeated me. *sigh* I’ll call the tech line for help.

One of my technical trade journals recently ran a column over the wretchedly poor design of these remotes, bloated with features.

Um, there are buttons on the front face of the various pieces of equipment.
Power.
Play.
You could pretend it’s an exercise video.

(I had the solution for everything, but it got out of its container.)

The TV and related gear are the only remotes I use. I’m not sure where the one for the CD deck is (probably in the box) and I’ve never used the one for the boombox. (But then I don’t use the boombox anymore either.)

This is the first time in my life that a remote has bested me. It worked not to long ago (several weeks) but for some reason, it doesn’t want to cooperate today.

Here's a nice scene for you: The Carnation Dairy Farm about an hour ago.

I think I must have sat on it and screwed up the settings. What it needs is my undivided attention for about an hour. For now, though, I’m going to snuggle up in my big ol’ chair, cover up with my Christmas blankie, and veg out in front of the TV.

Does it retain settings without a battery?
Anyway, enjoy. I think I'm going to go watch the game.

No, but I got hungry, so I ate something, and the computer was calling my name...

Northern NV is getting a real heavy dose of global warming. It’s not so bad, down here. Wet, windy and cold.

Both northern and southern Nevada are getting that Pacific storm that hit CA. Reno is actually farther west than LA is. So they’re getting the worst of it.

Sorry! Just as I was getting ready to make a response, we had a tiny power outtage.
Enough to freak out the cable box and the modem. But I’m back!
Yes, I have plenty of hot chocolate...raspberry flavor!
