Yep - Brian Piccolo - Brian's song. Good but sad story. Wake within 1 touchdown as of 1.24 left in first half. That's pretty good. don't score, Louisville!

SEC officials - two really bad calls so far.

The Refs just did to Wake Forest what Barney Frank does to young male house guests.

SEC officialsFigures, only the Pac 10's are worse. Even the Big 12 ref's are better.

(An easy 10-team playoff based on the BCS bowls can be implemented by next year. See my homepage.)

I just think some of these people don't want to face some obvious conclusions, such as 'maybe your team isn't all that good'. Quite an impressive game by USC yesterday. To your point, I would attribute the victory 2/3 to USC's talent and 1/3 to Lloyd Carr's incredible incompetence. The two things we can be certain of are that USC looked much quicker and more physical than UM yesterday, and Carr made no adjustments whatsoever to what was happening on the field.

Ugh..... so close on the field goal try.....,too bad. But a LOT closer than I thought it would be at halftime!
Good halftime show coming - Taylor Hicks and Gladys Knight.

And what is up with putting NAU on the schedule? We had no one else to play. Same reason why Boise St. had to play Sacramento State to start the year.
