Teeny, I saw these kids first hand. I really did. It was years ago, but it still haunts me. Their "parents" cared about only booze, cigarettes, and dope. Bless you. :)
Instead of taking the ramp to the parking lot, they just pushed the cart right over the edge.
The little girl, who was probably three, starting crying, as those carts are not exactly soft.
Her mullet dad laughed and said, "Awww, did that hurt yer ass?"
I will never forget that, or any number of things I have seen while out and about, things that just break my heart and make me want to steal the kid.
I personally am involved right now with a four year old whose parents can't be bothered with him. Dad is crazy and mom is a stripper. But they are straight, right? Better off being dragged through the mud by heteros than be loved by "a fag".
Children need all the help they can get.
