Is there a boat show update? Did you guys buy a boat?

Didn't buy a boat. We're trying to figure out what sort of boating we want to do. There's an argument that we're maybe not going to want to trailer it much anyway, and shouldn't bother worrying about making it easily trailerable.

He's not wanting to pull a trailer and launch anymore. I might, but rarely.

This boat show was huge. Easily the biggest ever I've seen. Kinda interesting, after several years ago when it had fallen on harder times. There must be a lot of people with a whole lot of money to spend. Prices are of course just lunatic. There was a 29ft Whaler there for $180K. Sure, its pretty, but that's just nuts. It's not ~that~ much boat.

I'm still looking at the 22 Arima being just the ticket, and it's down in ~far~ more reasonable territory.

I think there's big fun to be had. It's made by C-Dory. Has a little single inboard diesel. This little thing just screams my name. It's very *me*.
