We received an ice cream maker when we married, but I have no idea what happened to it. Same with our fondue pot. They disappeared in one of our moves, or we gave them away, and I just don't remember doing it.

I highly recommend the Donvier. There others out there like them, but I don't have any experience with them. My Donvier is probably 20 years old and works just like the day I got it.

It only makes a little bit, about a pint...you can get a bigger maker if you like, but I like it that it makes just enough for dessert. The recipe I made will make two batches in mine.

Well, I've had a bit of ice cream, but I dare not get to really going on it or I'll eat it up and the boys would be most unhappy! Heh heh!

Coffee?
