Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
Sing hey! for the bath at close of day
That washes the weary mud away!
A loon is he that will not sing:
O! Water Hot is anoble thing!
O! Sweet is the sound of falling rain.
and the brook that leaps from hill to plain;
but better than rain or rippling streams
is Water Hot that smokes and steams.
O! Water cold we may pour at need
down a thirsty throat and be glad indeed;
but better is Beer, if drink we lack,
and Water Hot poured down the back.
O! Water is fair that leaps on high
in a fountain white beneath the sky;
but never did fountain sound so sweet
as splashing Hot Water with my feet!
Mrsnad - and the one that was lost has been found...Very good news indeed. Hope she gets well soon. Some seem to roamers, some seem to be content by the hearth.
Ack. The Truck?!?!?!
'Course the sky marshall just may take a dim view of it..
It was a weak moment.
Hmmm. avocados..glad they were tasty. LSA has a couple ripening in the kitchen, could be ready this weekend. hmmm.
I'm [finally] home. When should I bring over the sausage and such?
Any time! We're gettin' hungry are you?
I'm on my way with a bottle of wine. Nancy's giving me a ride.
Do you mind picking me up in San Francisco?
Hrm... sure... just give a call when you're ready to be picked up :~)
LOL! I think you'd attract some unwanted authoritative attention with that one!
I'm at the airport. Did I miss you?
Morning, bright and sunny here.
Good morning. Have a nice flight?
The cabin service was exquisite.
Bright, sunny and 15 degrees here.
Morning!
~sip~
Still a bit on the cold side. Do ya think we'll get snow this afternoon? The streets in Perfect Village were white with salt when I got home yesterday.

...and racing season starts tonight. Woo Hoo!!
But of course :~)
Hey - we just heard coyotes this morning, very distant. Haven't heard any in months. Don't know if they go somewhere for winter, or if our previous group is gone and these are new ones.
About the same here. Still got patchy ice from the last storm.
Hmm. how that happen?
Ahhh, perfect village, where streets glisten with icemelt and salt...
Glad to hear the racing season starting tonight; been a long spell, hasn't it?
