Heh...I don't want it for the phone so much. I want it for the tuneage, for the Wi-Fi, and the fact that it's basically a Pocket PC running OSX. Er...or a Pocket Mac, I guess.
Meaning that it actually has a real web browser and all.
President is on...
I had my Burpee catalog along trying to make plans for this spring. I had no idea what a conversation starter it would be!
When do you need to leave here?
Heh. All this angst for nothing.
But when I fly Southwest, I check in online and check in luggage all the time...so there!
Listening. God help him, he's got good people advising him on what to do, let them be right.
As a critique, he should have done this in front of a press pool or some other audience he could look at and connect with. He's so much better in live situations. He gets a rather odd and empty look on his face when he's looking at a camera.
If I go tomorrow, I should leave as early as possible. We're leaving their house at nine or a bit before, and I'm not sure what traffic will be like.
They were trying to talk me into driving up later tonight, but I dunno. I don't know that it'll be much worse tomorrow than it will be tonight, though I think they were getting more snow than us.
Only if you don't check her. Only works for carry on kids :~)
Ultimately, this is going to be a hit on troop morale.
Huh - well, I don't think more snow is expected overnight, but that's a hard call. On the one hand, I know you don't like driving at night. On the other hand, going tonight removes all time factors and related stress.
I guess I see where I am by eight thirty or so. I'm packing and grabbing dinner and trying not to forget anything.
Riiiiiight.
Don't confuse me. ;-)
Not in so many words, but still.
Oh, I know that Maureen O'Hara played Wayne's wife. Yvonne DeCarlo was the housekeeper, or something like that. Her son was in love with the McLintock's daughter. She came to Wayne to talk to him and he wouldn't talk unless she had a drink with him. At some point she was helping him up the stairs and he started to fall and she went to catch him and they both rolled down the stairs into a heap on the floor. Then Maureen O'Hara walked in and of course, misinterpreted everything. Isn't that they way it always happens? Anyway, it was a fun scene.
So? When can I expect you? We can cruise up Historic Route 66 and buy a couple of gallons of good milk and drink it on the way home!
;-)
Unless you're checking the kid, anyway...
Good luck with the trip and all! I hope you end up having a great time.
My expectations are pretty low.
Maybe that'll help the overall experience. *sigh*
Well...I'm pretty much ready to go. Maybe I'll call up to Puyallup and see if they're still OK with me coming up there to crash.
