You said it well. America was blessed to have Rumsfeld as Secretary of Defense for as long as we did. He will be sorely missed--especially his wonderful sense of humor and his ease at press conferences.

This was not an overnight decision, folks. He gave all and for that we are eternally grateful, Mr. Secretary. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. I'm going to miss that smile!
