If Tom can't pull this one out (and the votes have been trending Democratic during the past couple of hours), then today's election will officially be bad.
He's not only in a squeaker, but there's a huge portion of the Los Angeles pro-dem vote that hasn't been counted yet. I think Tom's bought it, and I'm worried about McPherson.

Also, I read that a greater portion of Republicans chose to vote absentee than demoRats, so I suspect more of the Republican votes have been counted compared to the rats. I'm still hoping that McClintock can pull out a win, but if most Republican votes have already been counted...
