Looks like the spend, spend, spend, bond measures will all pass. I thought dems were upset over the federal deficit in WA, guess it's okay for the state to have a deficit, but not the president, even though we're spending more in WA because of the WOT.
good news is most of san fran is in.... But L.A is still out. But still is san diego...
