I understand your position, TD, but it would be asking a lot of her to go public at this point. She could lose her Bar card over it. Her testimony in an investigation pursuant to a disbarment might be helpful, but I doubt that she's got any info that in and of itself would tip the scales toward dropping the indictment.

Tho she might be able to talk to the Judge off the record...

...she should come forward and help get the charges dropped. That is the least she could do, under the circumstances.

LOL! Under the circumstances, what Bar would uphold Nifong and disbar Ashley Cannon? I'm sure she is smart enough to know how to leak any pertinent information, if she hasn't already, through someone here. Think about it.

I'll bet the defense already knows more about this case than she does. They quite obviously know more about it than the DA and his "investigator", Linwood Wilson, do.
