When you think about it this is one of the strange thing about this case. She claimed to have $2000 missing (stolen from her) and the search warrants included missing money. But no charges. With the DA piling on the charges in the indictments, why no robbery charges.

Apparently no one believed that part of her story. No hooker/stripper would be walking around with that kind of money. The pimp would have already collected it.

So why believe anything else she said.

Right, it makes no sense. They mention the money for the first warrant and search the players. But she also accused Kim of stealing it yet they don't search her house or look for any deposits of the money.

Maybe I'm getting my days mixed up, but it seems Ms. Kim could have done a lot of explaining, and was never fully questioned or investigated.
