Charles Taylor has been married three times and has several children. His current wife Jewel is an economist who used to work for international institutions.
There are too many Taylors and Johnsons. LOL
You are probably right.
Did you post this yet?

Despite campaign against the practice of female genital mutilation, Liberia's Internal Affairs Minister designate Ambulai B. Johnson has disclosed that the practice is not bad and that he would not discourage it when he is confirmed by the Liberian Senate

TX District Attorney Kills Himself
Forgot that part.
Lovely man. Must suck to be his daughter.
And oh, the irony. What has the young lad Brian been up to these days?
FABULOUS WORK !!!!
This would explain the crazy interview of Taylor in the N&O - it was brokered with a Lawyer, very likely. How else does one explain that he wasn't asked if he did drugs or drank alcohol with the woman in the hours and minutes before the party. How else do you explain the don't mention what Taylor does for a living - or even the City where he resides.
Another impact on the case, by Protect and FR.
Great stuff.
THANKS!
You have to get it out there!
Here's that N & O Brian Taylor interview about "his guest."

"Where's the Attorney General of N.C. ? "
Roy Cooper, the NC Attorney General is a Democrat as is the governor. Durham County also has a large minority population that can be counted on to vote Democrat. The A.G. and governor won't get involved.
Legally the governor and AG cannot get involved. Under NC law, the DA has no restraint on him except elections.
"Legally the governor and AG cannot get involved."
Yet I've also read that the AG can get involved in an extraordinary situtation. (That may or may not be correct.)
And the governor can appoint a special prosecutor, I believe.
And they can both encourage the NC bar to take action.
And be vocal in defense of the defenants' rights.
(Does anyone think they would remain silent if the defendants were of a darker hue?)
But the corrpution in NC is worse than anybody thinks. Trust me on this one. . .
My guess is that she's letting somebody or several somebodies (for a price, no doubt) use her name and address to register their vehicles so if they get levied for non-payment of taxes, they can't belocated.
The harrassment complaint has nothing to do with the lax case. The harrassment complaint is strictly an administrative matter. Yes, it's interesting in the sense that it shows Liefong's hypocrisy and his preference for MILF's family who are behind him because he will most likely promote MILF as soon as he can, and both aspects of the complaint should be something raised against Liefong in terms of the election, but it's a non-starter as far as the case is concerned.
I've explained that aspect of of the case several times on here (why Liefong doesn't interview Mangum) - it supports his deniability later. It would be very surprising for a DA NOT to interview the alleged victim under the normal circumstances of such a high-profile case.
Good point.
I think a real Rainy day would be a good thing for Durham tomorrow.
Might have a cleansing effect.
