From the heavens thou didst utter judgment;
the earth feared and was still,
when God arose to establish judgment
to save all the oppressed of the earth.
Psalm 76:8-9
Remember this day those who call you Lord, and help us to trust you, to do the right thing, and walk in your light, and by the example you shape us into being, shed your light wherever we are.
Help us do our duty to make this land the place you would have it be.
