You equate "rough" with "dirty?"
They sound like Democrats: do as we say, but not to us.....
Gee, and here I always thought our side played by the rules. Go figure?
From the article: The Falcons are well known around the NFL for blocking below the knees, a technique that forces a defensive player to drop his hands and effectively cuts his feet out from beneath him.
And the only penalty given out during that game for chop blocking was to .... Atlanta! They're famous for it.
With this victory, Atlanta has brought their all time record against the Steelers to 2-11-1. Obviously Atlanta has the 2. :)
The next time they play, in 2010 barring a playoff meeting, it's going to be ugly.
If it's the same cast of characters, it should be ugly.
The pre-season poll of players to determine the list of "dirtiest players" has Joey Porter of the sissypants whiners at No.2:
"New England Patriots safety Rodney Harrison tops Sports Illustrated's list of dirtiest players in the NFL, ESPN reported Thursday.
Of the 361 NFL players polled during the preseason, 23 percent of them pointed to Harrison, according to ESPN. Second on the list were Joey Porter of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Jon Runyan of the Philadelphia Eagles"
What's the Steelers record in 2006 (hint 2-4)?
What's the Falcons record in 2006? (hint 4-2)
You're livin' past history....
If Big Baby Ben is even around in 2010...
Can you say, "Crash & Burn"? I knew you could.
