GOOD A.M. CHAIR, ALL, FROM THE 'RAIN SOAKED' MISSISSIPPI GULF COAST, USA, BRUISED, WET BUT NOT BROKEN!!!!

When the candidate for president, John Mccain, runs against Hill-0-Ree.........I am so sick of the press giving their 'words of wisdom' to us....just WHO the candidate is going to be, McCain is a Republacrat but the almighty press knows all don't they!!!!

My prayers are with the firemen, residents in the fire zone in CA. I thought they had converted a 747 somewhere as a plane that drops the fire retardants, where is it now.

WEll, a repeat in TN. Ford is going to be senator, like Gore was going to carry his state, remember?

Went into town and cut my friends yard yesterday, they have moved to CA, in the service and was told to take any plants I wanted. I want now but am going to get me some later, elephant ears, there are lots of them.

Building has gone up here big time, today it is at 198.00 a square but that is when you can find a builder. This place is goint to boom shortly and there are not enough workers or contractors to do the work, by a long shot. You can't find anyone to do the little things needed by some, we have SIL so I am not convcerned.

FEMA thinking of putting up modular homes when needed like we have here being put up for residents after the the storm. the trailers are a bummer, they are cheaply made, leak, gas leaks. Some here have a better place to live granted as they are a lot better place they had than before the storm and are in a palace now, with all the troubles they have with them.

Talking of FEMA we called about a problem oldest D is having with hers, they don't have a record of her having a travel trailer or even the serial number we gave them that is on her trailer.....our federal government at work....

Shame I can't send youse guys some eggs, I am getting 28 every two days, neighbors now come to me for eggs,,I love it.

Got to go onto town when the rain stops and get that new mattress, it was raining yesterday and this thing I have is wearing me out, a fight every night with the sheets as whey roll up on me from the corners so please check on me If I come up missing, blame the sheets.

still raining big time here...no storms this year so let it rain, rather have that than the storms.

Talk to you later.
Toby

This is what we're facing in our Governor's race in Iowa:

The Gazette 10/27/2006, Page B05
Fox plans to attend Culver campaign rally
DES MOINES — Michael J. Fox will visit Des Moines next week to campaign for Democratic gubernatorial candidate Chet Culver and promote stemcell research, according to the actor’s aides.
Fox, who suffers from Parkinson’s disease, is scheduled to appear Monday afternoon at a campaign rally at Drake University with Culver.
Fox supports Culver’s call for lifting a state ban on a type of embryonic stem-cell research and establishing a University of Iowa institute to find cures to diseases, Fox spokeswoman Tricia Brooks said.
Fox, who made his bout with Parkinson’s public in 1998, began weighing into the politics of e m b r y o n i c stem cell research in recent weeks. He c a m p a i g n e d this month for Democrat Gov. James Doyle’s re- election campaign in Wisconsin and Democrat Claire McKaskill’s U.S. Senate bid in Missouri. Jim Nussle, the Republican candidate for governor, supports research on stem cells from adult tissue and on blood from umbilical cords. He opposes all forms of embryonic stem-cell research.
