(CBS) The three Duke lacrosse players indicted for a rape they say they didn't commit are indignant over the effect the charges are having on their lives and their families.
In their first interviews, they speak to Ed Bradley this Sunday, Oct. 15, at 7 p.m. ET/PT.

James Coleman said basically what I have been saying all along. If Nifong would do this to 3 white kids when the whole world what would he do to 3 poor black ones when the world isn't. Coleman and Bradley get it. Too bad Easley, the attorney general, local politicians and the local media don't. Nifong isn't fit to even be in traffic court.

THANKS!!!
Duke needs a new president.
Look, we've been running these threads for months without a word of disagreement until you arrived and started arguing with everybody.
Knock it off.
From the Herald Sun:
60 Minutes" also showed a video it said was of the accuser performing at a strip club two weeks after the party. Late Sunday, defense attorney Joseph Cheshire said the tape was made a few days before the accuser went to a hospital and complained of lingering injuries from the alleged attack. "It's enormous," said Cheshire, who represents Evans.
"The relevance is she's saying she's so hurt and can't hardly move and can't remember what she's doing and some kind of victim of a rape and yet we'll have testimony and demonstrative evidence that days later she's in the strip club performing."

Drudge just reported on the air that the alleged rape victim's family is calling the CBS report "intimidation." WOW!!!
Trinity Park Neighborhood Group has deleted it's posts. Maybe I'll find them again. LOL
Cousin It speaks.........
I wish Bradley had asked her how long she was in the bathroom with Precious before she went outside.
I almost fell out of my chair when they showed Precious dancing after she went to a hospital complaining about her prior injuries. OUTSTANDING catch by a probable private investigator for the defense!
"CBS is intimidating us."
Wow. I just saw it - finally.
Prof. Coleman is my new hero. He said the things I've been dying to hear all along - the guys are victims, Nifong committed prosecutorial misconduct, he went after them for political purposes. He was great.
The guys all seemed so clean cut. Reade is very self-confident, even more than Dave. He really speaks well. Dave was the same as he was when he gave his statement - confident and honest. Collin seemed a little nervous and vulnerable but very open and honest. He has a really deep voice.
Kim was far better then I would have ever guessed. I never thought she would take some blame for herself and admit she provoked the "exchange". She was good for the defense. She even said Crystal was never undressed.
Brodhead was a weasel and tried to make excuses. The only good thing about seeing him was that he looked very uncomfortable and looked like even he didn't believe what he was saying.
Nifong looked like a blood thirsty vulutre in the video they showed of him. The tone the piece took made him look terrible. HA!
Crystal dancing her butt off just a few weeks after the supposed "rape" was great. She's supposed to be so traumatized but she can get out there and shake it for anyone who wants to see.
It was really strong for the defense and I hope it gets people who thought that "something must have happened" to re-think their position. It's clear that NOTHING HAPPENED.

Alleged Duke Rape Victim's Kin Calls '60 Minutes' Segment 'Intimidation'
They Want to Break Her,' Accuser's Cousin Tells ABC News
By CHRIS FRANCESCANI and AMY CHOLAWA
Oct. 15, 2006 A relative of the woman who accused three Duke University lacrosse players of brutally raping her last fall told ABC News exclusively Sunday night that she believes the defense team and their clients are trying to "break'' her cousin and force her to drop out of the case.
"I think a lot of this is intimidation,'' the accuser's cousin Jakki, who would not allow her last name to be used, said on Sunday night. "I think they want to her to break, to say, 'Enough is enough.'"
(snip)
*snicker*
Occasionally something happens in this case that is too much. This is a ROTFLMAO moment!
family = coudin Jakki...who claims Precious "has to survive" and has lost weight. Precious' college expenses are paid by Jessie Jackson and she gets child care from her 2st husband...doesn't have contact w/her mother and father....BUT she's still stripping/dancing.
coudin = cousin
"jennyd" seems to be thinking like a lawyer. Look below to see what Jezebelle had to say just yesterday...
"Nevertheless, not facing the possibility of thirty years in prison is better than facing a trial that can put you there. No lawyer would ever let his client face a criminal trial when a dismissal can be had."

Cousin Jakki for the Baghdad Bob award!
Seriously, the finger pointing is starting in earnest. Patrick Baker blamed Kim, Jakki blamed a massive conspiracy, Brodhead blamed mean people. Watch this week for finger pointing amongst DPD, Nifong and Duke administration.
