Well, it cannot end in just any manner for the sake of these boys.
Personally, I don't care if Durham goes broke from the law suits.
If the "community leaders" cared so much about their city's reputation, they should have put a stop to this BEFORE the indictments, say the day the DNA came back?

And I am sure if their attorneys can prevent a trial, they will do all they can to do so. As they should.
No lawyer will want to take his client on trial if that can be avoided.

Oh, that's rich. If Nifong says he can't go to court, how exactly the defendants are going to get into court? Defense can not demand a trial. Neither will any lawyer with a brain demand a trial if prosecutor says he is not going to take this to trial. Geez. Are you really this stupid, or are you just pretending to be?

"and Bill Cheshire can finish it."
I think his name is Joe (Joseph). I guess it is getting late on the east coast, huh.

I might ask you the exact same question. Are you really that stupid, or just pretending to be?
As for me, I am neither stupid not pretend to be stupid.

I remember my first day at college. I walked into the student center and there were kegs of beer set up for a welcome back afternoon social. No ID check - no limit.

Lawyers work for their clients...and in this case their clients...the 3 accused and their families...want to have their innocence proven.
You're really hung up on the costs, aren't you? What if they "save" on the cost of going to court and live the rest of their lives under this cloud?

Look, I've already made it perfectly clear what I think about your snotty posts and your ill-informed logic.
You don't even UNDERSTAND what we're talking about.
Go find somebody else to inundated with irelevant ramblings.

We finally got to see it here on the left coast. Simply awesome. Brodhead comes off as the spineless geek I thought he was. Coleman believes there is prosecutorial misconduct. Bradley talked from the beginning about the conduct of the prosecutor and the police, and that there were doubts that a rape ever occurred. I hope a transcript is available soon.
