I had this long reply typed out to respond to you and all I really have to say is:
I wasn't using a specific verse. When I use a verse, I reference it. But the bottom line is, I won't have to answer to you, I won't have to answer to the other poster that I was responding to, I only have to answer to God in the end. I don't see what's wrong with stating that. I just think that some people become so self-righteous sometimes that they lose sight that they actually are sinners and still need forgiveness no matter how 'clean' they think they are.

You have been a voice of reason in an absolutely bizarre thread. But, I think that you have been trying to reason with a troll.
Because of the thread maniac (I had to wipe her spittle off my monitor), what's gotten lost is the far greater sin of adultery.
Strange.

I don't disagree with most of your point, in that God is our judge, and that heavy-handed tactics aren't often useful. However, Christians ARE to hold each other accountable. I agree that the other poster is being too self-righteous, and rather indiscriminate in the targets (it's hard to hold non-Christians accountable to Christian standards), choice of words, and methods - but the underlying point about pornography is mostly valid.
