How many times have we all told our kids that lying is the worst? A person's word is all they have. Once the credibility is gone, it's gone. Kimmie's 911 call did it for me--she lied then. Shy lied when she didn't have to. I don't believe a word out of her mouth. I'm certain the defense is not resting its case on Kim! (With or without the makeover!). The woman is a stripper and a convicted felon, looking to spin for her own advantage--hardly credible witness material.

I just can't wait to hear from the boys themselves, their stories have NEVER changed.

I think Pittman is better to create reasonable doubt than to establish a fact. Lying does not make a witness completely worthless and she will be backed up by 40 other people saying Mangum was not raped, did not appear to have been raped etc. So I think Pittman can help the defense more than she can help Nifong.
