Don't they also like to get planes to return to the terminal to pick up racers just so another team doesn't win in a blow out?

"just keep breeding." Thought that was an incredibly STUPID remark.

I don't know. I've never heard of that. I'm not sure if you are serious or not. Seems like turning a plane around would be too much.

"Assuming that the link I will post "is" accurate, then it looks like the Amazing Race 11 will be an all-star version featuring Drum Roll Please, the return of Charla and Mirna and Colin and Christie.
All Star Amazing Race 11
There is also this link tvgasm
I figure we will get more details as this season winds down.

An All-Star TAR? It could work ...
As long as these two aren't invited.

I was kind of being serious. A lot of people claim that is what happened in TAR 7 when they were flying to the final destination of Miami. Rob and Amber were the only ones that made the flight. Chip and Kim were told they weren't going to make the flight and they couldn't hold the plane for them. As they are standing at the gate, the plane magically returned to get them.
Did the powers that be have a role in it? Who knows. But if the plane had not returned Rob and Amber would have won.

Well since she just had a
Baby born on October 6, 2006 I doubt even they are that inconsiderate; but then again, this is Jonathan and Victoria we are talking about ;O).
Filming for the next season starts next month if sources are correct.

Interesting. Looks like they go to a islam country next. I'm sure the two moo guys are sorry they lost so fast since that is probably their literal mecca. Although I wonder if the losers get to stay on with the show until the end ala Survivor. This is the first TAR I've watched faithfully. Last season I think I got in on it late. I'm interested in all the behind-the-scenes stuff with these reality shows. I think something is up with the new Survivor. They are wearing clothes, eating very well, and don't seem as stranded as before. I think The Apprentice will flop big without Carolyn. I forget if they dumped George or not. Trump's son is odd and Ivanka looks like a seasick fish. If that is possible.

Who would we want to be in an all-star TAR?
I may be alone in this, but I would pick Rob and Amber.
To: luckystarmom
I would like to see Kevin and Drew from season 1 again.
To: luckystarmom
I hated Romber the first time they were on. But considering some of the losers that have been on since them, I'd love to see them come back. They'd have some good runs ins with Colin and Christie.

(((TAR Ping)))
Episode #6: Kuwait
"Maybe Steven Segal Will See Me and Want Me to Be in One of His Movies"
One team gets lost while searching for a clue in Kuwait,
allowing three other teams to pass them before they get back on track;
a new twist to the game gives a penalty to every team that does not finish first on this leg.
The race resumes tonight at 8pm EST, after football and 60 Minutes
As always, if you want on or off this ping list, just let me know.

I'm afraid to click the link.... I so hope we don't have to put up with Romber again!
I know some folks like them...but some of us can't stand them!

I actually googled Romber to see what/who in the world it was. Good grief! It sounds like a funny mess.
To: silent_jonny
I've had my fill of those two. Never want to see them again!

You must mean Rob and Amber. That's another duo I've had enough of.

Yes. The Google entry indicated it meant Rob and Amber. I myself did not watch that TAR. I'm only hearing small "Romber" tid bits. This current TAR is the only one I've seen from the get go. I did see that last few episodes of a previous season. It caught my eye because I was flipping by and noticed the little person lady. She impressed me so much. I don't know if that was the Romber season or not.

Hi! First TAR I've gotten to see in a while. The Cho brothers are really nice, they won't win though. Cant' stand Peter!
