Sometimes... it's kinda a substitute for a stronger 4-letter word, also beginning with 'f'! :-P

It was a great sitcom - on a par with The Simpsons!

y'all,
as some of you are no doubt aware, I have been frequenting these threads -and FR in general- less and less frequently over the last several months. This trend is likely to continue, and may possibly become more pronounced.
It is mostly a matter of having my attention elsewhere.
As there is an election cycle entering its end-run, and as a consequence it is likely that there shall be an uptick in Moby-style incursions on this site, I am remiss if I fail to turn over "captaincy" of the RKBA pinglist to a reliable and more available member. I tried to do so, semi-democratically, a couple of months back, but the results were not at all conclusive.
I am now going to be arbitrary.
I surrender the list and the control/responsibility for the "official" activities of the RKBA, effective immediately.
My last act is to name a provisional replacement: Harmless Teddy Bear, please stand forth and hold out your right hand...

and now, as if a long day's work is done, I shall fade into private life once more.
