oh she sounds so sweet! don't you just love dogs? i sure do. xshub was out of town this week for a few days and i thought maybe i would let loosh sleep with me. well i was reading in bed and he was on the bed with me and it appears he intended to be plastered up against the side of me all night. well i was not going to be able to deal with that. i know i would have rolled over on him and he would have squealed and woke me up and i would have gotten mad. so it was back to the laundry room wiht him!
Mean mommy!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(Robt urgently requests a second b'day suit reminder, jest in case he forgits to remind 'em of what he's (er, they) are missing.....)
I doubt that you miss verra much Robt. You ah a sharp tack! Or, shap as a tack. Tha's what I ment t'say. Shap as a tack.
Bad Mommy! Shadow sleeps right up against my back. She won't let me roll over on her, I think she senses when I get ready to turn over.
Both of my cats sleep there, but Husky girl likes her warm, fluffy cushion on the floor and has never shown interest in sleeping on the bed-I keep a sheet over the cushion of the sofa because both she and the cats sleep on it in the winter while we are at work, though. In the summer, the dog sleeps on the tile floor downstairs, which is nice and cool if it is really hot. Otherwise, she sleeps on the wood floor in the master bedroom.
I'm working at a customer's rental proptery where there is no A/C, so I'd better get an early start-that way I can leave before it gets too hot to work without roasting-I'll come to class later...
Sheesh, how can you get renters with no A/C?
Are you sure she wasn't being chauffered by Teddy?
We are fostering a Golden Retriever puppy (she is about 5 to 8 months old) for the Golden Retriever Rescue Society for a while until she finds an adoptive family. So right now we have three dogs in the house, which means we have three crates in the house for them to sleep in at night.
awww how fun! you are a man after my own heart, vast, with your doglove!
I'll try to get a picture of Naomi to share.
oh and a biblically named pup as well!!
It had A/C, but the compressor unit burned out awhile back, and the owner had taken the house off the market for remodeling-now that the place is going up for rent again,it is supposed to be replaced in a couple of days.
