I thought the answer might shed light on him. I said what if she killed herself or had mental problems or what if someone in the family (him?) had harmed her...you name the many possibilities, that might show something was wrong either with her or with him or both.
If this is confirmed, you bet it's significant in following his twisted and tortured life, whether he killed JonBenet or not.
Husband (who, to my horror, is now unbelievably following the case) is a psychiatrist --- was she a paranoid schizophrenic?
He might really think he did it --- he might be seriously delusional.
