was the date of that "discovery" AFTER they received the letter from Karr?
the chain of custody for this whole DNA is going to be a huge part of this case.

That DNA "X" was publicly identified in 2004, I believe. I was already "outta there" as far as JBR and my time was taken up on several other cases I wanted to study, so I don't know much about it - just whatever y'all reading now.
