And isn't that some of the discovery material that has yet to be turned over to the defense? Or maybe it HAS been turned over to the defense and the Duke parent is leaking the information. Let's not forget that unauthorized quasi-gag order is still in effect.

I don't really have doubt. I am sure you don't know what you are talking about as per usual. How in the world would someone go about determining if Mangum had prior swelling to her private area if she did not see an MD just before going to the party that night?

Nifong almost certainly was talking about injuries he and others could have observed, ie, that might have come from an encounter with a sink.

But as I said in my first reply, you are welcome to believe what you want.

Notice that even N&O understands that Nifong was talking about her vaginal swelling.

My original post was that I thought this was a misconception on the part of the N&O. Claiming even the N&O knows this is HARDLY a response to my view that it was a misconception on their part.

Why was Nifong talking about Escort Service business in relation to her "trauma"? Does one need to be in an Escort Service business to observe trauma to her body other than vaginal swelling?

o&c, I think someone earlier (possibly Mike Nifong) described that person as 2 brain cells. It is a more fitting name. Just keep it in mind when reading the postings of that person. You will see.

Maybe Nifong wanted to know if an escort that didn't bring her money home might be expected to get her ass beat. And then be taken to UNC hospital for treatment. That is more logical than whether there might be prior witnesses to her "diffuse edema of the vaginal walls".

I don't think so. I agree with N&O. As crazy as it is sounds, Nifong was looking for witnesses to say she did not have vaginal swelling prior to the party.
