Mall shootings, suicide bombs etc.. will hit home. Of the 13 muzzies I worked with around 9-11. 6 of them either said we deserved it or the Jews did it. The rest remained SILENT!!!

It's not too long ago that this area (WarshDCMetro) was suffering at the hands of another PAC NW ISLAMOFASCIST who was driving around with his little buddy killing people.
People up there definitely are living in some kind of la-la land, and it's time to start shaking the trees and getting things in order.

Seattle is only a hop, skip and a jump from where I live. It's a short swim from where I live as well. Thankfully WA is a CCW-friendly state.

Only problem is that the antigunners will use this as a reason for more antigun legislation, instead of backing off and letting people pack a weapon like they should.

Although a small part of me is tempted to say this is not about you, the larger part heartily agrees. Well said.
I live in Los Angeles, which had been a target in 2000 and was spared only because of a sharp border patrol agent at a the Seattle/Vancouver crossing.
I was born in New Jersey, raised in the metro NYC area, and still have family back there. So I've had a sense of being in a target zone for a long time, and have been all too aware that what Seattle experienced today can happen anywhere here in the U.S. I've always felt it's a matter of when, not if.
Personally, I believe the federal government should revive the Civil Defense Corps and update it to meet modern threats. With more of us organized and trained, more eyes will be available to watch vulnerable places such as schools, churches, hospitals, malls, and so on.

I've been trying to wake people up, for years:
Islam, a Religion of Peace®? ( links, blogs, quips, quotes, aggravating pictures ) is located here- click the Picture, and scroll backwards:
...and the barbarians are already inside our gates.
Never, ever, forget:
Where It's 9-11 all the Time: Click the Picture:
"Where it's nine-eleven all the time
and no Sun sets, and no clocks chime
where no voice speaks and no bird trills
the Moon hangs frozen o'er the hills
The winds are still, they seem to say,
Reflect, remember, stop to pray..."
...and at our neighbour's gates, as well:

Everybody is sitting ducks much of the time. Even carrying a pistol for protection doesn't change things all that much. Paying attention and not talking on the cellphone in public or in a car makes a difference.

That is chilling.
I just read a detailed description of this terrorist event from the Seattle Times at:
http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/localnews/2003160605_shooting29m1.html
This guy shot the receptionist!!! What a big man he is.
(1) I thought these shooters are supposed to shoot and kill themselves last and (2) I hate that the bad people are getting to control where and when we do things. CNN's online story ends with,
"Robert Jacobs, Pacific Northwest Regional director for the Anti-Defamation League, told CNN the group has been warning Jewish institutions to be wary and have adequate security because of the ongoing conflict in the Middle East.
If they cannot, he said, it would be better for Jews "not to congregate in one location that might be an obvious site.""
