You said a CREATE a new tax. There was nothing in the legislation about your new tax. You created a boogeyman in your own head.
LOL! One way or another the money they shift will have to be replaced so they'll either increase taxes or create new one's to fill the void.
Regardless the end result will be the same, they will be using our taxes to contribute to this fund and that you cannot deny.
