LOL! One way or another the money they shift will have to be replaced so they'll either increase taxes or create new one's to fill the void.

Regardless the end result will be the same, they will be using our taxes to contribute to this fund and that you cannot deny.

I think any bikers who ride cruisers, or sport bikes that won't hit at least 180, should have to pay the new tax, and also allow illegal immigrants to have the right to commandeer their bikes to haul produce to the market when needed.
