A very, very long time ago, a large portion of my ancestors (roughly five eighths of my bloodline) left France for Québec. However, now that the USA is out, I find myself pulling for Les Blues.

Tall task to beat Brazil, though, even on European soil. We will see. Zidane played as well in the Spain game as he has ever played.

Frnace will be very competitive with Brazil. They have done well in the past including beating them in 1998 in the final 3-0.

I hope the France wins. Namely because I´d like to see ENG-FRA and I don´t want the dangerous Brazilians in the final. :)

yup -- gotta admit, when Zizou hits his stride, nothing stops him. But there's Zizou, Vieira, Henri versus Cafu, Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Juninho, etc. Brazil will win.. They're just too darn good.
