On the website, it says it takes most people 1.5 to 3 hours to get through it. :~)

That's quite a range :~)
We haven't seen any chipmunks this year...wonder where they all went??? I haven't seen any owls lately either, but we do have a new crop of baby cardinals whose mommas are showing them how to eat safflower seeds. Pretty cute, except when they run out and both mom and the kids start "cheeping" at me to fill up the feeders. Had a goldfinch at the sunflower feeder yesterday, brave soul that he was, normally, the house finches drive them away.
OB is back with the new keyed entrance lever for the side door, so replacing that is part of our Labor Day weekend. LSA
I think they're all over in my neighborhood. Dr. Z has one...well, at least one...hanging out robbing bird seed.
Especially if that's just "most people". What about the rest?
Hopefully there aren't any poor folks who've been in there for weeks...
Heh, I don't recall ever seeing anything at the bird feeders, must be the chipmunks fault. :-)
Very quiet at the store, quite enjoyable, but then I'm not the retailer.
Of course, the truth is that I think it must sound something like the sound of a can being pierced by the opener, and although only about every twentieth can is tuna, they *always* come running for can openings...
I was there last week. The birdfeeder was down on the paio and they had sunflower seeds scattered on top of the stone wall. Lots of doves, sparrows, a squirrel (well...at least one) and a chipmunk darting in and out amongst the flower pots.
Mornin'. ~sip~
Everything's packed, for the most part. I still have Tricksey's things to get together.
Oh and by the way, I love you. :-D
I'm bringing another bag of Pilon to ya today.
I'll be placing another order soon.
:-)
It's nice to get a chance to chat like this. :-)
Brings back memories, it does. ;-)
Becky insists that we will get thru the corn maze quickest if we follow her. She believes herself an ~expert~.
Well Jessie has done it twice before, and she will also undoubtedly feel she is an expert. :~)
I think between the two of them, they'll lead us out :~)
I always wonder if they go through and sweep the place at night when they close up... They're remarkably casual about keeping track of people entering and leaving the maze when we've gone. :~)
It'll be fun to see the two of them debating over the best course.
OK, I'd better get moving here. See you soon!
Open a can of saurkraut and watch the look on their faces. :)
Where are you flying in to? What airport?
Course we have a couple hours till we have to get moving :~)
I think Becky and Jessie will get along well, and Aly will only remember running around on a bunch of paths through corn. Looking forward to it :~D It's become an annual ritual for Jessie and us to do this... The last couple of weeks she's been asking :~)

Good morning!
I'm thinking we might go here whilst you're visiting...
http://www.stonebluffcellars.com/
For one thing, the countryside is pretty (IMO) and for another thing, I've been wanting to go but can't, because Steve would have to stay with the jedis while I went and I have such a low tolerance that I wouldn't trust myself to drive even after one free sample.
I thought maybe your tolerance might be a bit higher and you could drive? It's not terribly far, it's south of my house.
As a matter of fact, they're having a festival there that Saturday!
Well, I'm going there in a week or so, I'll check it out.
The lock went in slick as a whistle and it's SO NICE to have levers in the door instead of the battered old knobs that were there.
Hair, Ruthy et al, have a great time in the maize maze.
