I accept that you are familiar with this case.
What do you make of the testimony of friends who say that John Ramsay owned a stun gun? It seems that after the murder, the stun gun could not be accounted for. It never turned up anywhere. It was disposed of my somebody.
Do you agree with that?
Of course, I am only guessing. I think that that Burke stunned his sister, and then somehow paniced that he was going to get in trouble with his parents -- or for something else having to do with his sister -- and he was attempting to keep her from crying out -- because he didn't want to alert their mother, who was awake and packing, whatever, in another part of the house.
The scream heard by the neighbors was when Patsy discovered her daughter's lifeless body. And I believe the parents did what they could to protect their son.
I believe that, in time, Burke will come out with the truth. But it may be after John Ramsey passes.
Of course, I am the person who believes that some day, one of Nicole's children will kill OJ, for retribution for killing their mother.
No flaming, please. I am just discussing this with a few good friends, right?

If you think that's the worst thing you can do to a child, you're a bit crazy.

He grabbed the little girl and raped her, and no one was alerted, right? Think about it. That is, unless your dead-set on blaming the parents.

While I might be alone here, I do think Patsy did it. However, I am sorry she died, and may she somehow RIP.

Then there is the scream. When Andrew Louis "Lou" Smit, 61, resigned as head investigator for the prosecutors office, to declare the Ramseys innocent, he based his theory on a scream.
A neighbor of the Ramseys reported being awakened around midnight, the night JonBenét was killed, and hearing a piercing scream. The Ramseys, of course, said they heard nothing unusual that night, so a series of tests were conducted in the house. The conclusion was that a person screaming in the basement could be heard more easily outside of the house than on the third level, where the bedrooms were.
An intruder would have no way of knowing the acoustical niceties of the house he would assume everyone in the neighborhood heard a piercing scream and hed run like hell.
I say that around midnight is when the parents discovered JonBonet's lifeless body, and it was Patsy Ramsey who screamed. And the police were not called until nearly dawn.

What would have been the motive? Why would a doting mother kill her daughter?

Since the Ramsey case, how many cases have their been where men have just walked into homes at night and took children while family members slept. Too many. It was a new idea 10 years ago. People didn't want to accept it.

I think it is so grossly unfair for anyone to assume Burke murdered his sister because, after all, we "know" he was jealous of his sister.
I think there is a possibiity that Burke ACCIDENTALLY killed his sister -- that he didn't INTEND to kill her. I don't think it had anything to do with him being jealous of her -- I think that he reacted to a situation in a childish way. The law says that children under a certain age can't be held accountable for murder -- because they don't understand death.
That's why the law protects children -- because children don't know better than to choke a sibling or whack them over the head. Or to try to keep them quiet by whatever means. I'm saying it could have been a childish reaction on Burke's part to protect himself from getting into trouble. That's how children think.
If it happened this way, I truly feel so sorry for Burke, because I don't think he knew what he was doing.
I read, back then, that he was getting lots of therapy. If he was involved, I hope he can find help and forgiveness, with acceptance.
Like I said, I believe that if Burke was involved, there will come a time when he will tell.

The spinning of the defenders is rather amazing.
Clearly this was not a well planned murder, but very likely accidently and then made to look like a kidnapping.
Would a kidnapper with such elaborate plans hope to find writing paper in the home before he entered? Of course, not.
Would a kidnapper spend so much time in the home, with no idea when the family would return from the holiday party. After all, people with young children have been known to return earlier than planned.
The entire scenario spun by the Ramsey's made no sense.
They immediately hired the former Attorney General for the State of Colorado for their attorney. The message was sent!
That John Ramsey pointed the finger of suspicion at business rivals was despicable.

Greta Van Sistern has already been commentating on FNC. Count on her doing a complete show about this case. And of course, she is convinced the Ramsey's are innocent.
But then Greta was sure OJ was innocent too.

You could begin by ending your posts on this thread.
Your anger is way out of proportion to the discussion.

I was going to say "Are you kidding!!" You mentioned what went to the grand jury, and that is difference.
There were too many strange things about the case and the Boulder PD keystone act didn't help the case.
If you found your child missing, would you call the police or your lawyer first. I don't think she did it but she knew and hid what happened.
To: Hildy
Keep in mind that this child was not taken. The child was left in the house which makes little or no sense at all if it was an intruder.

I'm not angry at all. It's just another case to me. However, you could consider ending your posts because they are devoid of facts and way too juvenalian for intelligent people to even consider. You might start with the autopsy report.
