Indeed. Just put up a sign that says: "Swampland" and charge admission. LOL
Not so fast. There is no longer any such thing as "swampland." It is now "wetland" and comes under the protection of 8,391 federal and state agencies. Admission is out of the question. Who knows what endangered/threatened/undiscovered species may be made extinct beneath a visitor's boot. Don't you realize that bacteria/algae/slime have feelings too?
