The motion also says the alleged victim told Durham police that she had performed for a couple at a Raleigh hotel hours before the Duke lacrosse party. She told police that she used a vibrator. Osborn suggests that could be the source of the vaginal injuries mentioned in the rape kit report. (snip) Osborn says the accuser gave conflicting accounts of what happened. The motion says medical records indicate she told a doctor that she used no alcohol or drugs. The accuser told the sexual assault nurse that she had consumed one drink of alcohol and was taking Flexeril, a prescription drug used to treat muscle spasms.
The alleged victim told a doctor the next day at UNC Hospitals that "she was drunk and had had a lot of alcohol that night," the motion said.
She later told police that she had consumed a 24-ounce bottle of beer and then told police she had two 22-ounce bottles of beer, according to the motion.

They must all be "boyfriends." See my post #479. :-o
I am still afraid the judges down there don't have enough backbone to do the right thing here. It is going to be real funny when they ask why she changed her story. What deal she made with the DA and her prior embezzling conviction. Then can ask her why the FA would say she stole her money and if she did it. The questions they could ask her are endless.
Nancy has magnum's spare vibrator stuck in her mouth, she ia unavailable for comment at this time

Oh goodness. That was a mental image I could have lived without.
Yeh....guys always keep the time and date of their sexual encounters.
Right. The guy can't remember if he had sex a couple of days ago or over a week ago.
Sure, I believe that. Sex is so unimportant, if you don't have it for a couple of weeks or a couple of days, it's all the same.
Don't guys get back aches if they don't get it every 2 days?
I thought it was hilarious.

I know what he means, but I got a chuckle out of the way it's phrased.
Now how many men write their sexual encounters in a datebook?? Please!!!
Complete and utter BS!!!
He just needed to conveniently change the date to match a story told by Crystal.
Did you notice how much later the statement was ammended? I didn't...
Yes, until I see a judge actually do something about this case, I will assume the judges are cut from the same crooked cloth the rest of the authorities in Durham are cut from.
I thought it was funny, too. :>
Sorry, I missed your post yesterday. Yes, Mr. Nifong has some reparations to make. Like many others think, I believe the AV is what she is, and would be inclined to forgive her since her life is bad enough as it is and will only get worse. Mr. Nifong and the Lead "Investigator" should think about making major reparations. A simple I'm sorry, won't cut it for me anymore. They should have known better (as in our case). I can only say, God has heard my prayers for these folks. You know, I just thought about it. He's never let me down in the past, and it looks like he's answering my recent ones as I type. I'll be happy when all is said and done and the boys and their families are safe and well.
Looks like 4/6/06. Same day ... about 30 minutes later.
Hmmm.......Now I don't know quite what to think.
Do you believe it? I don't , but I'd be convinced if the amendment was written days later.
Are Johnson and Murchison the same person?
I am not sure but it would only take minutes for Himan to find a discrepancy with Johnson's story and request a correction.
Not backaches.
Yes, but.
If she drops the case because she was intimidated by a civil suit there will always be some doubt as to what really happened that night. Certainly the black community in Durham will not be satisfied. Also, the accused players will never really be cleared.
"And dropping/dismissing the case woould not let Nifong nor DPD off the hook."
I'm not so sure. You can bet your last dollar that will be brought up. Something like, "Look, we're willing to drop all the charges if you agree not to ....".
Can someone ping this to the entire group?
I think the time has come for everyone to start contacting the NC Attorney General and ask them to look into the criminal conduct of the Durham District Attorney.
