BZZZT! Wrong.

"Russia's legal framework for intellectual property rights protection must meet WTO requirements ... In that context, we continue to call on Russia to shut down web sites that offer pirate music, software and films for downloading."...

and

"... agencies such as ROMS (allofmp3.com) do not need to seek permission from rightholders if they are licensing the broadcasting, performance or transmission of works by cable - but they do if it concerns their sale over the Internet."

According to international copyright and digital rights management laws, ROMS is pirating intelectual property and if you buy it, you are just as guilty as the theives who pirated it.

Your price is awfully low...

Incidentally, you too can be sued for $2500 by RIAA if this unlicensed music is found on your computer. They won't care that you bought it... only that it was not bought legally. It could be the most expensive music you every bought.

By the way, Jim Robinson may not be too happy about you posting a link to a pirate site on his forum. I am pretty sure it is against the rules of FreeRepublic to promote criminal activity. You might want to ask the moderators to remove your links.
