Megan Kendall says defenses sources are saying that CGM had sex with the driver the night of the alledged rape.
She also said that the prosecuter claims to have "good news" for their case. We have heard that before.
If anyone gets additional information on this, please provide links.

Is the driver the Brian Taylor person who was interviewed in the paper? I wonder if he told the defense that they have sex that night?

Yeah tough to buy in to much Nifong leaks these days. How many times has he been shown to be a liar:
1. The DNA will show who is guilty and who is innocent, but it turned out he indicted people with no DNA link.
2. The was a match between Evans and the nail in the trash when it turns out that result was inconclusive.
3. A date rape drug maybe was used, when it turned out there was not tox report apparently.
Yeah I am sure he has a grat leak for us this coming week.

From what I heard on Fox, the driver says he dropped her off earlier than previously reported & that she was not impaired. What a bombshell. Guess the boys better plead right now. Who wouldn't believe him?

Brian Taylor is also the guy who blew her story she has only been dancing the last few months for private parties.. He said he saw her dancing in clubs..
He also said he didn't know her that well.. but she called for him to pick up her kids at 7 am.. Gee I thought her kids were at her parents house?
An according to Defense sources he is her"employer" in her motel appointments.. I guest your right Sherbie, Nifong might have a way of getting him to testify!

Most people including me conjecture that one of two things happened that night:
1. Ms. Roberts a convicted thief stole her money that she had received in compensation.
2. The lacrosse team unhappy that services were not rendered, ie a two hour perfromance did not last 15 minutes, took back some or all of her compensation.
Either way she did not want to call Mr. Taylor or go to her house. Remember Mr. Taylor said he was to pick her up after her gig. She had a beating coming from Mr. Taylor for losing HIS money and reasonably, she did not want to take it so she faked like she was completely out of it.

Now really. How could anyone think that Kim, a woman who was in a position of trust, and embezzeled 25,000 dollars for which she was convicted, would ever even think of stealing money from a nice lady like the F/A?
