KIM: Ok, now you know who ness, light?

(apprause)

(Emela shakes hands with Hu and Kim)

EMELA: Hey, how ya doin'?
KIM: (wearing rhinestone studded apron) We good, we good, Meesa Emela. Beddy grad to hab you on show.
EMELA: I gotta say, that is one fancy apron there, Kim.
KIM: Oh, dis ol' ting?
EMELA: Brings some style to the kitchen, ya know?

[Das Outsider]

KIM: Ok, Emela, you beeg chef. Wut you got fo Kim show?
EMELA: I thought that since you've got a hot new show, we need to make a hot dish--spice things up a little bit. We're gonna do a little pork and chile verde stew. Sound good?

(apprause)

KIM: Ok, so how you make?
EMELA: You need about a pound of trimmed pork butt and--
KIM: Hu, you get mind outta gudda!

(raffter)

HU: (wearing yellow apron reading "Let the Mutha Burn") Eh--

EMELA: Heh, yeah, and two yellow onions here; diced tomatoes, tortillas, sour cream, your spices--and that's just for the pork. Now, you wanna have your pork butt--
KIM: (giggling)
EMELA:--yellow onions, cumin, the bay leaves, Mexican oregano, a little salt, black peppercorns and cayenne boiling here in about an inch of water.
