WASHINGTON, May 31 — After vowing to steer a greater share of antiterrorism money to the highest-risk communities, Department of Homeland Security officials on Wednesday announced 2006 grants that slashed money for New York and Washington 40 percent, while other cities including Omaha and Louisville, Ky., got a surge of new dollars.
Homeland security officials said the grants were a result of a more sophisticated evaluation process

Occasionally, not really that much.
Three summers ago I went to the west coast by Oregon and went salmon fishing off shore. That was quite fun, except someone forgot to take his seasick medicine before getting onboard and the next thing you know there was a seasick epidemic. But I had taken MY motion sickness meds before coming out and made it through OK, and caught 3 salmon.

I really don't like fishing for little fish. That's one of the things I miss...fish around here are, for the most part, smaller that I like to fish for.

Although it gets cold enough most winters to go ice fishing up here. Mostly we catch little perch. On a sunny day, it's actually quite pleasant to sit on the ice and wait for those little fish to bite. I wouldn't go out if it wasn't one of those sunny days. And I don't go out unless the ice is nice, thick and stable enough to drive on.
