WASHINGTON, May 31 — After vowing to steer a greater share of antiterrorism money to the highest-risk communities, Department of Homeland Security officials on Wednesday announced 2006 grants that slashed money for New York and Washington 40 percent, while other cities including Omaha and Louisville, Ky., got a surge of new dollars.
Homeland security officials said the grants were a result of a more sophisticated evaluation process

Reading his posts actually prompted me to join FR - he was supporting the smoking ban here in Ireland, and he even wanted to "eliminate smoking" altogether - I decided to join up to tackle him, but it took a while for my registration to come through in the email...
I tackled him on another thread a few months ago where he referred to Northern Ireland as a 'theocracy' - his anti-Christian bias knows no bounds.
He had all the hallmarks of a troll.
