WASHINGTON, May 31 — After vowing to steer a greater share of antiterrorism money to the highest-risk communities, Department of Homeland Security officials on Wednesday announced 2006 grants that slashed money for New York and Washington 40 percent, while other cities including Omaha and Louisville, Ky., got a surge of new dollars.
Homeland security officials said the grants were a result of a more sophisticated evaluation process

Freepmail me your email address and I will send you a template. All you would have to do is substitute the name of the graphic, which has to already be online into the right place and you can post it. It's what I do, usually...copy one of my templates and just paste the web address of the graphic into the right hole.
But if it's a graphic that's not online, and you want to use it, you'll have to get a free account over at photobucket or someplace like that to upload it.

Lots of places here in Vegas have the rolling shutters, both as sun shades and for security reasons. I think they are an excellent idea. That's been my guess for them -- but in Germany?
