So one of the two "drivers" finally speaks. What a great guy, he drops her off and is suppose to pick her back up in a couple of hours. After a few hours he doesn't hear from her but can't be bothered to check up on her. He doesn't hear from her till 7am the next morning. At this time she tells him to pick up her kids. But he doesn't do it because he doesn't know her that well. Which begs another question of why a woman would send a man to pick up her kids that she doesn't know that well.

The driver is probably lying and knows her better than he's letting on. Remember the cop from the radio transmission tape.
2:12:08 AM Uh, um, yeah call and see if you cant get somebody to go up to the home free to rap out there and check on some of the young uns (translated by SirJohnBarleycorn)
Either she called the driver/pimp/boyfriend/whatever or the cops called him.
