Atty. Shabazz presented eight demands formulated by members of the Black community of Durham, which included that the defendants in the rape case, Collin Finnerty and Reade Seligmann, be tried and convicted... What about being presumed innocent, and only being convicted if the state PROVES they're guilty????
What is this, the OJ trial in reverse?

I have to think now that these college kids ARE GOING TO BE CONVICTED no matter what it takes or the Black Pussies will start riots all around the area.
This situation has ceased to be an investigation/trial and now has turned into an inquisition.

The NBPP is going to hire OJ to be the lead investigator. He did such a good job finding the real killers of his ex-wife, didn't he?

She's counting on an OJ trial.
Doesn't matter if there's no evidence, whitey's guilty.

If we were to change our rules so people could be convicted based on minimal evidence, despite lack of evidence, based on prejudices, does anyone think that Blacks will benefit?

More like To Kill A Mockingbird in reverse.

What about being presumed innocent, and only being convicted if the state PROVES they're guilty???? What is this, the OJ trial in reverse? No. It's exactly the same as the O.J. trial: Racist Justice.
The party in the trial that is of their own race will be championed regardless of the facts.
In the South of the early 20th Century, this was the norm. In the 21st Century, the white racists have lost their power but black racists have stepped in to keep the tradition of racist justice alive and well.
