The DA has several things against him already...The time stamped photos, the ATM photo, the phone logs (which might include GPS data), furnishing ONLY Duke Players as a "line up" to pick from. This is another stupid move by DiFong...almost a match. This isn't horseshoes.
Two things still bother me...What dude would put on a condom for oral sex...which she says occurred. So she scatched but didn't bite?? Uh huh!!
Where was she BEFORE she went to the Duke's house. Why is absolutely every report leaving that out? Why is everyone leaving out "Who was watching the kids?"
I also think she was a half an hour late at that.
