People are calling it different things, tissue, matter, material.
We don't know what it is; but we know one thing, it ain't gonna turn out to be what Nifong says it is

I agree.
I think Nifong was blind sided by the Duke report in which it claimed a Duke officer overheard a DPD Sargent say CGM was not credible...yadda yadda yadda.
I think the press release this morning about the DNA is nothing more than a PR tactic to get the focus back on the "guilty players."
In the end this will most likely be very weak "evidence."
I will say I did not see Abrams today, but from reading updates from Peach and Oak, it does not seem as if he is too angry about the witness intimidation, the cabby.

Tissue under nail gives me the impression of the little sticky of the press on nails. It could have latched onto anything. A bathroom waste paper basket is probably the 2nd most likely place to find a hair sample.
HER DNA in the form of hair and fluids and her clothing fibers should be all over the rug and bathroom floor. Why doesn't someone address that??

One thing that surprised me on Abrams today was his awareness of who 90% Pancho Villa is. If he knows, so does the defense. Since Yale felt certain an indictment was coming on Monday, hopefully this guy's whereabouts that evening have been carefully documented through additional party photos/witnesses.
On Monday we have the grand jury/possible 3rd indictment, the DNA results, mandated release of discovery to Seligmann, and a press conference by City Manager Baker to announce what he's learned from the 25 questions he asked Durham PD to answer, including whether the accuser changed her story or ever said 20 players raped her.
